happen unless you make it happen, so be the best you can be. Don’t settle by thinking the only jumping ability you have comes from above, not true all you need to have is high jump training.

First of all, find a good and experienced trainer for yourself. Show him your abilities and work out with him, he will guide you and tell you where more effort should be put in to give the best results. A cordial relationship with your trainer is very essential during the high jump training program. He should guide you, scold you, and encourage you, whenever needed. Always take his criticism in the positive sense.

Make sure that, high jumping training is build in such a way that in includes maximum exercises, which strengthen the legs. It should be taken care that, along with strong legs, a forceful arm swing is also needed, in any sport. Overall speedy movement of the whole body is very essential. Exercises like leg presses and toe-raises are very important in high jump training. An alert mind is also required. It will ask the body to take the action at the right time.

High jump training also includes weight lifting programs. Your strength and resistance is enhanced. Your power is given a boost with this. A jump squat is a perfect example of this. It will make the athlete more energized and thus he will be ready to face the next step of training. Weight training is essential for each and every sport.

Make sure that your high jump training is not tiresome for you. Strenuous workout can lower your potential and has a negative effect on your performance. The load stresses you out and you are not able to deliver your best. Don’t strain yourself too much. Take a break when needed from your high jump training sessions and let your body rest.

Remember, your desire to jump higher is only limited by your dedication and training. Don’t use the excuse you were born like this!
